How do modern psychological theories fit with the Christian worldview? That is an enormously important question.
If you want to explore the answers to that question, then you will want to know that this week (Jan 16-20) RTS Charlotte hosts Dr. Heath Lambert who will teach our Theology and Secular Psychology course. This course is part of Charlotte’s biblical counseling degree program.
To sign up for the class, see here.
Heath is the Executive Director of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, Associate Pastor and Executive Pastor for Discipleship and Family Life at First Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, and a faculty member at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and Boyce College.
Dr. Lambert has also authored and edited several books that serve to enhance the ministries of those who counsel God’s Word.
In addition, on Tues, Jan 17, 6:30PM, Dr. Lambert will be offering an evening training session for RTS Charlotte on the topic of “Transgender Confusion and Transformational Christianity.”
Transgenderism has been a very big issue over the last couple years and it is important for Christians to know how to respond. This training session would be great for bible study leaders, church officers, and any interested believer.
Please note: you have to register AHEAD OF TIME in order to attend this event. Registration closes at the end of the day, Jan 16th. No registration is allowed the day of the event. You can register online here.
Hope to see you there!
